When I first invited Reiki into my life I noticed dramatic shifts in the way that I thought, comprehended and loved. I learned very quickly that Reiki was not separate from my being. It was not just something I did; it became who I am while moving through this life. When I allowed its light to be turned on, my soul-self become more fully alive. I opened access to my higher self and have learned to live from this space.  A space grounded in truth, wisdom, and trust. Carrying this state of being into all that I do has become a practice and a path to wholeness. One that requires constant showing up and constant resetting.
